Porsche Mission E will cost $85,000
Going on sale at the end of 2019 and will fetch $85,000, right in between the Tesla Model S 75 and 100D price range. For the uninitiated, this is an all-electric car, making it the first such vehicle in Porsche's history, with previous electrified models being plug-in hybrid electrics.
There is definitely Porsche design smothering the entire car, and seemingly packed with futuristic features such as virtual side mirrors which are reflected in the lower windshield corners.
It has a range of 500 km (300 Miles) and runs on two PSM, Permanently excited Synchronous Machine motors which deliver a total of 600 hp combined to the front and rear axles. The battery can be powered up through inductive charging which they intend to be installed into a base plate in your garage and also plugged in to the rear fender at up to 800v providing an 80% charge within just 15 minutes.
